Jeff Alexander is the Chief Operating Officer at The Nichols Company, Inc.—an established boutique commercial real estate firm in Charlotte focusing on brokerage and property management. Their team is unique in its composition, intentionally assembling architects, accountants, construction professionals, legal professionals, restaurant franchisors, and city planners. Jeff’s background fits right in.
After graduating from Notre Dame and Depaul College of Law, Jeff began working in the construction industry as a project manager for more than 300 hundred restoration projects. Jeff has since leveraged his law license and construction background to manage large scale e-discovery projects; analyze e-discovery data to identify trends; and manage the construction portfolio of the largest chain of company-owned and operated convenience stores in the United States. Jeff’s varied interests, experience, and success demonstrate the value of leaning into your path, embracing your unique experiences as those are the building blocks for your value proposition in whatever that may be.
A husband, father of two boys, and avid outdoorsman, Jeff is here to talk about how he developed the courage to follow a non-traditional path post-law school and what he’s learned about himself along the way.
