Meet Jenn Deal: a certified life coach for high achieving women who dares to show you why your brain is a jerk. Jenn’s also a complex intellectual property lawyer whose successes include representing Major League Baseball and the Chicago Cubs in a lawsuit that alleged vendors were producing and planning to sell merchandise that infringed and counterfeited the trademarks of the MLB and Cubs. Let’s just say Jenn “flew the W” on that lawsuit.
If you’re lucky enough to find Jenn on Instagram (see: jenn_deal_coaching), you’ll find resources focused on solving problems related to overthinking, to laziness, and to catastrophizing (among others). Jenn also tackles the seemingly ever-present lawyer-problem: people pleasing. Yet, Jenn is one of those people confident in who she is, and her work, that she’s willing to share most, if not all, of it away for free.
Two questions to start us off, for someone with what appears to be an amazing law practice, how did you find this work? How does it relate to you?
