Meet Jennee DeVore, a mom of three, and the head of legal at Inflammatix, a biotech research company reimagining diagnostics by reading the immune system. A quick survey of social media suggests that either her favorite, or her family’s favorite, pastime is America’s pastime, and in particular the San Francisco Giants. It’s been a good run for them threw the years. And the same is true for her.
Jennee is a frequent presenter on topics related to employment, cybersecurity, and contract negotiation. She’s been a solo practitioner and a lawyer at some of the Bay Area’s most emergent technology companies. Jennee’s formative years in education were spent in California at UC Berkeley and Santa Clara, though she loves to travel, or at least the internet tells us so.
Today we learn about the art of ascension for a in-house tech lawyer with a young family. We also may learn about discovering your voice and the impact of sharing. Maybe even will discuss what it’s like to go in-house to owning your own law firm and back to in house. Thanks for sharing your time with us.
