Human Lawyer Podcast: Kathi Lucchesi

July 14, 2020

We’ve all heard, so much so that we probably tune it out, that life is about relationships. It’s one thing to speak it or hear it, though anyone would agree that you cannot speak or hear a relationship into existence. You have to live it. It has to be a part of your fabric. And we don’t all have that skill. Or at least it doesn’t come naturally. It takes work for some. Not for Kathi Lucchesi. She lives it. She’s got it.

When you talk to Kathi, you get the great privilege of being heard; being understood; and feeling like she may actually care. By day and night, whatever the job requires, Kathi is an employment law attorney at Lincoln Derr. She’s quite a lot more than that. Let’s go down the list:

  • Former college athlete;
  • Disney aficionado;
  • Running savant; and
  • LAX mom.

Those are a few things that come to mind. And what a sommelier may be to wine, Kathi is to candy. She can give you fulsome reviews of the off-brand options on Amazon. From the Midwest, to Ole Miss, to the Queen City, Kathi has at a minimum seen it all.
