Robynn Moraites’ professional existences lives at the intersection of humanity and the law. In many ways, she helps people rediscover and honor their humanity. As the Director of North Carolina’s Lawyer Assistance Program, Robynn is charged with destigmatizing mental health conversations with lawyers. She works, tirelessly, to identify fresh ways to connect with lawyers, understanding that those connections make it more likely for lawyers to reach out whenever they need to amplify their humanity.
Outside of her work, Robynn lives for a good adventure or an involved Enneagram discussion. She loves to think expansively understanding that the possibilities for tomorrow arise out of our most far-fetched ideas.
